■■About canceling ordered products■■
Please note that if we do not hear from you within 1 business day after placing your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will arrange for your order to be delivered within the next day, so in principle we are unable to respond to your order. Due to the nature of overseas ordering, we ask that you understand this before using our products.
■■Period from order to delivery■■
■Period from ordering to delivery It takes about 10-17 business days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from ordering (after payment is confirmed) to shipping.
*Please note that for all products, the period is based on when the order is placed on a business day.
*Please note that we do not carry out ordering or shipping operations on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Also, orders placed after 5pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday, so please place your order early.
*After shipping is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number of the product to your email address.
About shipping: Flat shipping fee of 800 yen per order (free shipping for orders over 12,000 yen)
*As this is an overseas product, we cannot recommend it to those who seek perfection or are in a hurry.
Please use only those who understand. Also, due to production circumstances, there may be a shortage of products to be delivered, but in that case, please rest assured that we will refund the missing items.

1) Please note that product inventory on this site is highly fluid, and there may be cases where the product is out of stock even after you place your order.
*If the product is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
*If you order multiple items, we will contact you if the item is out of stock and refund the price of the out-of-stock item via bank transfer.
2) The color of the product may differ from the image depending on indoor settings and light sources.
Also, depending on the usage environment of your smartphone, PC, or other monitor, the color of the actual product may look slightly different from the actual product, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
3) We are unable to accept changes in color or size for products that have been ordered, so please double check before placing your order.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered due to customer reasons such as size changes, color changes, image differences, or actual dimensions. Please refrain from doing so.
4) Since this is an overseas product, the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, untidy threads, missing washing tags, wrinkles, or poorly tamed beads or buttons. Please understand this before purchasing.
Also, since this is an overseas product, unlike Japanese products, some bottoms such as jeans and denim do not have buttonholes. In that case, you will have to drill the holes yourself, so please understand this before purchasing.
5) Since our shop is an overseas order mail order, there may be cases where items are out of stock due to the circumstances of the ordering destination. In that case, we will contact the customer and refund the price for the missing item. (If you choose deferred payment, the system will charge you the amount you ordered and you will not be able to change the amount. To avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please pay for the missing items first.) We will refund your money.)
6) If you are using deferred payment, if there is an error in the shipping address, the payment company will not be able to deliver the payment form and your order will be cancelled. You may be asked to place your order again.

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered If the delivered product is found to be defective or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will either return the product or exchange it for the same product.
*Please note that we will not be able to accept returns of defective products if we do not hear from you within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us and let us know which option you would like and attach a photo of the defective part.
